A shared practice

A welcome pause in the working day.

Sessions make room for different abilities and experience levels, without competition or pressure to get a pose right.

A change of pace

Gentle, varied movement offers a break from prolonged sitting.

Move with care

Explore mobility, balance and controlled movement at a comfortable pace.

Breathing and rest

Notice the breath and leave time for a calm close to the session.

Time as a team

Meet outside the usual work setting, with no scores or competition.

Getting started

Try four weeks. Decide what comes next.

  1. 01

    A short conversation

We discuss your group, venue, timing and what you hope to get from the sessions.

  2. 02

    A paid four-week pilot

One private 60-minute session each week: four sessions in total.

  3. 03

    Review together

We listen to feedback from participants and your organisation, and adjust where useful.

  4. 04

    Choose whether to continue

If it feels right, continue for eight more weeks or agree on another rhythm.

A possible progression

A 12-week direction, starting with four.

This is a framework for developing the practice, not a commitment to book 12 weeks upfront. Progress can mean greater ease and control, not simply harder poses.

Weeks 1–4

Foundation

Find a rhythm through mobility, breath awareness and accessible options.

Weeks 5–8

Build

Explore stability, balance, controlled movement and accessible strength.

Weeks 9–12

Integrate

Bring movements together, return to the breath and make space for rest.

The session

What happens in 60 minutes?

Every meeting is adapted to the group. A familiar structure helps everyone know what to expect.

  1. Arrive and settle
  2. Warm up and explore mobility
  3. Main movement practice
  4. Balance, stability and accessible strength
  5. Cool down, notice the breath and relax

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, data are transferred only using safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Service and cancellation terms

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms apply to paid one-to-one coaching sessions, group yoga practices, and private yoga practices unless different terms are agreed in writing before booking.

1. Service provider and contact details

2. Nature and professional boundaries of the services

One-to-one sessions are currently provided as coaching. Urtė’s psychology training and licence as a medical psychologist in Lithuania inform her professional approach; however, coaching sessions are not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Yoga practices are not medical services and do not replace advice from a doctor or other healthcare professional.

The services are not an emergency or crisis intervention service. If there is an immediate risk to life or safety in Lithuania, call 112. In another country, contact the relevant local emergency service.

3. Discovery call, booking, and contract formation

The free 30-minute discovery call is intended to help both parties meet and consider suitability; it does not require you to purchase a service. Before a paid service, its type, date, duration, price, payment arrangements, and other material terms are confirmed in writing. A contract is formed when Urtė confirms the booking and the client accepts it or makes the agreed payment.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros and confirmed before booking. The payment method and due date are provided in the booking confirmation. Where a package of sessions or practices is agreed, its scope, validity period, and payment schedule are confirmed separately.

5. Client responsibility and safety

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during one-to-one coaching sessions and private yoga practices is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable law and professional ethics. It may be disclosed only with the client’s consent, where disclosure is legally required, or where there is a serious and immediate threat to a person’s life or safety. Sessions are not recorded without the clear agreement of both parties.

7. Cancellation, rescheduling, and lateness

8. Cancellation by Urtė and technical problems

If Urtė cannot provide an agreed service, an alternative time will be offered or the fee paid for that specific unprovided service will be refunded. If an online session cannot proceed because of a technical problem on Urtė’s side, it will be rescheduled or refunded. Connection problems on the client’s side are considered in light of the actual session time and circumstances.

9. Statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract

A consumer who enters into a service contract at a distance will generally have 14 calendar days from the date of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Withdrawal should be clearly communicated by email to hello@withurte.com. The right may not apply where a statutory exception applies, including certain leisure services booked for a specific date or period.

If the client expressly asks for the service to begin before the 14-day period has ended and later withdraws, the client may have to pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. Where the service has been fully performed with the client’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost on full performance, that right ends. This clause does not restrict any other mandatory consumer rights.

10. Refunds

Fees for a properly and fully delivered service are not refundable except where required by law or where the service materially failed to match the written agreement. A prepayment for a service that is not provided will be refunded, less any lawful amount due for a part already delivered or an applicable late-cancellation fee. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made within the period required by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please first submit a complaint in writing to hello@withurte.com, explaining the circumstances and the remedy requested. A consumer complaint will be answered within 14 calendar days. If the matter cannot be resolved, a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania for out-of-court dispute resolution.

12. Materials, liability, and application of these terms

Any guidance or practice materials provided to the client are for personal use and may not be published, copied, or distributed without prior permission. Urtė is responsible for providing services with reasonable care and professional diligence, but is not responsible for loss caused by a client withholding relevant information, disregarding safety guidance, or making independent decisions, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Lithuanian law applies. If written terms for a particular booking differ from these general terms, the clearly agreed booking terms apply to that booking, but they cannot restrict mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms apply to new bookings from the date of publication.
